Orders through Amazon, Etsy, Redbubble, or TikTok Shop

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:
Direct Orders (alvixversemerch.com)
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- To start a return, email with your order number
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Print-on-Demand Items
Due to the custom nature of these products, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Books (Puzzle Books, Coloring Books)
- Books purchased directly from us can be returned within 30 days if unused
- Books purchased through Amazon follow Amazon's return policy
- Books purchased through other marketplaces follow that marketplace's return policy
Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the damage
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice
