Return & Exchange Policy

Overview
All AlvixVerse Merch products are custom-made, print-on-demand items created specifically for each order. Because every product is uniquely produced at the time of purchase, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges for non-defective products.
Returns
Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Defective Products: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items that are not defective. All sales of non-defective products are final.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. Since each product is custom-printed to order, we cannot swap items for a different size, color, or design. If your item arrives defective, please refer to our defective product policy below.
How to Report a Defective Product
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect
- Clear photos showing the issue (including the full product and a close-up of the defect)
Send your claim to support@alvixversemerch.com. We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refunds for Defective Products
Once your defective product claim is approved, we will issue either a full replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Costs
For approved defective product claims, AlvixVerse Merch will cover all return shipping costs. You will not be charged for shipping a defective item back to us or for receiving your replacement.

This return policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States. For international orders, please contact our support team for region-specific guidance.
