Our Commitment
alvixVerse Merch (a brand of AlvixHQ LLC) is committed to responsible SMS messaging practices. We comply with all applicable regulations including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), A2P 10DLC requirements, and CTIA guidelines.
Opt-In Process
We only send SMS messages to individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive them. Consent is collected through:
- Website forms with clearly labeled consent checkboxes
- Point-of-sale opt-in during checkout
- SMS keyword opt-in (texting a keyword to our number)
Consent checkboxes are always optional — even when a phone number is required for order processing, agreeing to receive marketing messages is never mandatory.
Types of Messages
Non-Marketing: Order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notifications, and customer service responses.
Marketing: Promotional offers, discounts, new product announcements, and service updates. You will only receive these if you specifically opted in to marketing messages.
Opt-Out Process
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time using any of these methods:

Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect transactional messages related to active orders.
Data Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
